Who am I?
I'm Jade, a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.
My fitness journey began when I was 21. At the time, I was quite unfit, overweight and experiencing pain in my ribs area, which led me to visit a physiotherapist. I was told that I had no core strength and was referred to Pilates. That’s where my fitness journey took off, as I soon started joining fitness classes, and from that point, I was hooked.
Over the years, I’ve dealt with various health issues and struggled with my diet, but now I’m in a place where I can help others achieve their best possible life. I worked in Hardware Technology for nearly ten years but decided to follow my passion and help others. My approach to fitness is mindful and holistic. I believe that it’s not just about the time spent training – it’s about how you live every day to the fullest.

What do I Offer?
I take a well-rounded approach to fitness and mental well-being. It’s not just about smashing out a great gym session and then going home and doing whatever. What are you doing on your rest days? What are you eating? How much sleep are you getting? How are you feeling mentally? Are you stressed?
When you’re stressed, your body releases cortisol, a stress hormone. Exercise also releases some cortisol, and having high cortisol levels constantly can be detrimental to your physical and mental health. So, it’s essential that we take care of your overall well-being. Living in London can be stressful due to the fast pace of life, so we need to ensure you’re productive while also being mindful of your health.

Why train with me?
I offer a personalised plan that includes not only training sessions but also lifestyle coaching for when you’re not at the gym. I’ll check in with you daily to make sure you’re prepared for each session. I use Telegram and Trainerize to communicate with my clients, ensuring you’re supported throughout your fitness journey.
Where will my focus be with you?
My main priority is to ensure you’re ready for training and that we work together in a way that minimises the risk of injury. We’ll focus on functional movements, proper form, and mobility. We’ll build on your current abilities to improve your endurance and strength effectively and safely. I won’t push you to increase weights unless you and your body are ready.
What about pricing?
My prices are tailored to your needs. I offer individual sessions at £65 per in-person session, but we can create a plan that suits you with a set monthly cost, allowing you to budget effectively and take the stress out of it. I also offer online training if you’re comfortable training on your own.
